  • Trademark your brand
  • Protect your copyrights
  • Understand what are and how to license your intellectual property rights
  • Minimize the risk of a DMCA Takedown
  • Only use Adderall if you have a prescription
  • Pay your players
  • Secure the appropriate visas for travel
  • Conduct due diligence when acquiring digital assets
  • Know when poaching is actionable

  • Be a racist

  • Be hostile to players leaving your team
  • Offer oppressive contracts
  • Breach your contracts
